Giving back to society - Fresenius Kabi employees celebrate a social day activity in Germany
October 8, 2019
“caring for life” – this corporate philosophy guides everyone at Fresenius Kabi in our everyday work and inspires us to give back to society: Fresenius Kabi employees went on a field trip with inhabitants of a charity funded residential home for people with disabilities to the Hessenpark in Neu-Anspach in Hesse, Germany. They were accompanied by carers from the charitable organization IFB - Inklusion durch Förderung und Betreuung e.V.
Inhabitants of the Christian-Groh-Haus in Wiesbaden, the capital of the German state of Hesse, were happy to be supported by our colleagues and spent the day together while learning more about the region and its history. This eventful day was made possible by Fresenius Kabi’s donation of €2,500 while the remainder was given to the organization to further support the care of people with disabilities.
Two years ago, Fresenius Kabi employees helped with the renovation work in several rooms of the day care of the Christian-Groh-Haus. This trip was a good opportunity to reunite and to enjoy spending time together again. To make rewarding experiences like this possible, Fresenius Kabi will continue to support those who care for the health and well-being of others.
