Austria, China, Dominican Republic, Poland, Switzerland and the USA receive certificates
Attracting the best talent across the globe and becoming an employer of choice is integral to Vision 2026, Fresenius Kabi’s strategic framework to transform the company for the decade to come. Topics covered in the survey include people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, diversity, inclusion, wellbeing and more. An important milestone is reached: Fresenius Kabi has received Top Employer Certificates from the renowned Top Employers Institute in six countries. In an extensive certification process, Fresenius Kabi was tested by a HR-Best-Practices survey covering six areas with more than 250 questions in total.
“This is a great start in our journey, as it shows how committed we are to our employees and to ensuring that working at Fresenius Kabi is an enriching and rewarding experience,” said Laura Wessely, Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, Fresenius Kabi. “Importantly, the evaluation process provides us with access to external benchmark data and best practices which will allow us to grow, learn and do things better.”
Strong on strategy and development
Of the nine surveyed countries, Fresenius Kabi is particularly strong in the domain “Steer”, which measures the link between corporate and HR strategies and their implementation. This is a direct reflection of the foundation anchored in Vision 2026. The positive ranking in the “Develop” category reflects the company’s outstanding efforts to promote employee careers and continuous learning.
“We are excited and proud that we have obtained the certification in six countries, demonstrating our dedication to the people who make “Caring for life” real each day” said Vera Lehmann, CHRO (interim) and Head of Talent, Leadership and Organizational Development. “This achievement marks a significant milestone in our journey to become Employer of Choice. The certification does not signify the end of our efforts. Instead, we draw valuable lessons for continuous improvement. We are committed to leveraging the insights gained from these results to advance our existing initiatives as well as to develop new ones.”
The Vision 2026 framework is based on three pillars: developing the portfolio to capitalize on industry trends and capture future growth opportunities in all regions; improving global competitiveness by deploying state-of-the-art business processes and operating models to reduce costs; and becoming a more agile organization sustainably rooted in values and leadership to be an employer of choice.
