Does Fresenius Kabi Canada share personal information with Regulatory or Law Enforcement Authorities?

If you contact Fresenius Kabi Canada regarding your experience in using one of Fresenius Kabi Canada’s products, Fresenius Kabi Canada may use the information you provide in submitting reports to Health Canada, other regulatory authorities in other countries that may not provide the same level of protection for personal information as Canada, and as otherwise required of us by law. Fresenius Kabi Canada also may use the information to contact the prescribing physician to follow up regarding an unexpected event involving use of our product. International Data Transfers
