Our satellite symposium around the topic “Fit for Therapy: Transforming Oncology Care with Medical Nutrition” will be held on Sunday, 14 September 2025, from 18:00 to 19:30h, in the Forum Hall. The event will be chaired by Prof. Isabel Correia (Brazil) and will include the following lectures:

• State of the Art for Nutrition in Oncology – Prof. Stanislaw Klek (Poland)
• Can Nutrition Influence Tolerance to Anti-Cancer Therapy? – Dr. Diana Cárdenas (France) 
• How to Integrate Patient-Centric Nutrition Pathways in an Oncology Setting – Dr. Aleksandra Kapala (Poland) 
• Best Practice Sharing: Guideline-Driven Nutrition Management in GI Cancer Surgery – Prof. Isabel Correia (Brazil) 

The session will conclude with a Panel Discussion and Q&A, and the announcement of the JUMPstart Clinical Nutrition Program winner, presented by Prof. Mette Berger and Prof. Isabel Correia.
