With healthcare under growing strain, our biosimilars are pivotal to future-ready and efficient systems. Together with our innovative approach to commercial partnerships, we are helping healthcare systems treat more patients, while improving the quality and resilience of care for future generations. At the same time, we are seen as a leading voice in actively shaping the policy environment from IP modernization to more streamlined, science-led regulatory pathways, while advocating for broader access to biosimilars, particularly in the U.S. where current policies constrain uptake.
A core part of our ability to bring biosimilars to market is our direct sales presence in Europe, enabling us to succeed in tender processes and build strong partnerships with hospitals. In the U.S., we are engaging directly with payers and adopting innovative new contracting models. Our markets in Brazil and Argentina enable us to launch innovations quickly ahead of broader global rollouts.
With an expanding footprint across more than 35 countries4, we’re projected to deliver 1 billion patient treatment days by 20305. We are committed to reducing treatment costs by up to 85% compared to existing biologics, and are on course to generate more than €35 billion in cumulative healthcare savings across the EU and US, again by 2030.1
