Lindsey Thomas appointed to ASHP Foundation Board of Directors
The ASHP Foundation today announced the appointment of Lindsey Thomas and Ellen Wetterling to the ASHP Foundation Board of Directors as directors at large.
Ms. Thomas is senior vice president of marketing for the pharmaceutical business at Fresenius Kabi USA, a leading supplier of sterile injectable medications. In her role, she leads marketing for a nearly $2 billion U.S. business, managing product lifecycle, branding, and external commercial collaborations. Ms. Thomas has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a track record of delivering product and award-winning labeling solutions that optimize pharmacy workflow while advancing best practices in medication safety. Ms. Thomas holds a B.S. in marketing from Marquette University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Ms. Wetterling is vice president of strategy, business development, and commercial centers of excellence for the U.S. Hospital Products division at Baxter Healthcare. In her role, Ms. Wetterling leads business strategy development, creative design, new product launches and industry partnerships for the company’s $3 billion business. Prior to joining Baxter, Ms. Wetterling was the regional lead for global sterile injectables at Pfizer and vice president of marketing, specialty pharmaceuticals at Hospira. She earned a bachelor's degree in speech communication and business administration from Eastern Illinois University.
