As a Commercial Professional Development Program (CPDP) Associate, you will embark on a two-year developmental journey, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our business through four-to-five rotations in various commercial functions. CPDP Associates rotate through several essential departments, including Marketing, Contract Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Sales Operations or Commercial Learning. You will complete the program with invaluable organizational knowledge and insights, fully prepared to make a meaningful contribution to Fresenius Kabi's success, with the opportunity to lead projects related to product launches, product life cycle management, customer database development, sales team operations, sales training, customer/product analysis, market research, and general product knowledge.
