We are seeking a highly motivated Production Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing production operations within FDA-regulated environments, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations to meet efficiency, quality, and safety goals.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance targets.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Regulatory teams to maintain compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs.
Requirements and Knowledge:
- Minimum 5 years of production management experience in FDA-regulated industries (pharmaceutical, medical devices, food, or biotech).
- Strong knowledge of GMP and FDA compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
