Prematures and low birthweight neonates: 0.5-1 g/kg body wt/day followed by a successive increase by 0.5-1 g/kg body wt/day up to 2g/kg bw/day.
Neonates and infants: 0.5-4 g TG/kg body wt/day.
Adults : up to 3 g TG/kg body wt/day
