Nutritionally incomplete 0,6 kcal/mL disease-specific tube feed, fibre-free; high in glutamine from dipeptides, high in antioxidants (vitamin C, vitamin E, ß-carotene, zinc and selenium); with the short chain fatty acid (butyrate) from tributyrin to support gastrointestinal integrity.
For the dietary management in case/at risk of malnutrition in particular with impaired gastrointestinal function due to critical illness including surgery, burns or trauma and in need of high glutamine and antioxidants.
