Fresubin® 5kcal Shot is currently a PCRS reimbursable item and requires no additional online approval. It is also prescribable on FP10/GP10 for the following indications: Disease related malnutrition, malabsorption states and other conditions requiring fortification with a high fat supplement with or without fluid or electrolyte restrictions.
