Dosage should be calculated by a healthcare professional according to the patients' needs. 

As a guide: Recommendation for complete nutrition: ≥ 1000ml (1000kcal)/day

• Normo-caloric (1.0kcal/ml)
• For complete nutrition in 1000kcal (one bag per day)
• High in protein
• With fish oil
• Contains fibre (including prebiotic fibre)
• Unflavoured

Storage

• Store at room temperature
• Once opened, use within 24 hours
• Shake well before use

Fresubin 1000 Complete is currently a PCRS reimbursable item and requires no additional online approval. It is also prescribable on FP10/GP10 for the following indications: For the dietary management of disease related malnutrition, short bowel syndrome, intractable malabsorption, pre-operative preparation of malnourished patients, dysphagia, proven inflammatory bowel disease, following total gastrectomy, bowel fistula. 

• For enteral use only
• Not suitable for children under 3 years of age
• Not suitable for patients galactosaemia

• To be used under medical supervision
• Use with caution in children under 6 years of age 
• Ensure adequate fluid intake
• Monitor feeding rate
• Do not mix with drugs
• Do not use if bag is damaged or swollen or content is coagulated
