Supportan® Drink is currently a PCRS reimbursable item but it requires no additional online approval to be completed.Supportan® Drink is also prescribable on FP10/GP10 for the dietary management of patients with pancreatic cancer and patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy
Contra-indications
- For enteral use only
- Not suitable for children under 3 years of age
- Not suitable for patients with galactosaemia
Precautions
- To be used under medical supervison
- Use with caution with children under 6 years of age
- Ensure adequate fluid intake
- If used for complete nutrition consider high fish oil and protein levels
