Advantages of Low Cell Count Plasma
Low white blood cell content1 may help reduce post-transfusion reactions and the transmission of viruses or other pathogens associated with white blood cells in blood products.

Low platelet content2 may help reduce the activation of clotting factors and thus increase the yield of clotting factors of the fractionation process3.
