Every MNC collection is different because every patient and donor is different. Amicus is designed to make it easy to tailor collections for high product purity and high MNC yield.
With low extracorporeal volume (ECV) and low-noise operation, Amicus delivers a safe experience, even for delicate patients and donors.
Automated Partial Custom Prime
For patients with lower total blood volume or lower hematocrit:
- Allows priming from replacement fluid line through return line. This can save a unit of blood that is typically used for priming the entire kit.
- Amicus has the ability to mix saline with the prime source fluid to achieve a desired hematocrit in the return line.
- Helps the patient remain isovolemic at the start of the procedure with hematocrit fluctuations.
