KabimycinTM vial is (500 mg) packaged in 10 ml USP type 1 glass vial along with its pack insert. The stoppers are composed of butyl rubber.
The usual daily intravenous dose is 2 g divided either as 500 mg every 6 hours or 1 g every 12 hours. Each dose should be administered at no more than 10 mg/min or over a period of at least 60 minutes, whichever is longer.

Vancomycin Hydrochloride IP equivalent to Vancomycin 500mg (5,00,000 IU of Vancomycin activity/Vial).
