Mightyfungin

Micafungin is an echinocandin, one of the three available agents Approved for management of invasive candidiasis and invasive aspergillosis Approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in March 2005 Approval in the European Union in April 2008.

Indicated for the treatment of candidemia, acute disseminated candidiasis, and certain other invasive Candida infections, as well as esophageal candidiasis, and prophylaxis of Candida infections
