The recommended dose and schedule of Cladribine Injection for active Hairy Cell Leukemia is a single course given by continuous infusion for 7 consecutive days at a dose of 0.09 mg/kg/day. It is advised to proceed carefully in patients with known or suspected renal insufficiency or severe bone marrow impairment of any etiology.
Cladribine is indicated for the treatment of Hairy Cell Leukemia
Cladrim is available as 10mg Injection.
