Granisetron Kabi is a potent and highly selective 5-HT3-receptor antagonist (serotonin antagonist). ​Gransisetron Kabi is used to prevent or treat nausea or vomiting (feeling sick and being sick) caused by other medical treatments, such as chemotherapy or radiotherapy for cancer, and by surgery. The solution for injection is for use in adults and children from 2 years old.
