As a team membre of European Technical Service team, your scope of responsibilities covers France, Belgium and Netherlands.
Your challenges ?
Manage the team in charge of technical support on a range of infusion and perfusion products as well as products dedicated to cells therapies and blood transfusion
- Define team organization and ensure adequacy of resources with business targets
- Develop technical skills and knowledge within the team whether individually or on a collective basis
- Drive collective and individual performances in order to achieve business objectives
Develop business efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction concerning after sale technical support
- During early project phases, actively participate to define and support development of tools and software needed for an efficient service execution
- Manage internal working procedures relevant to Technical Service
- Provide all inputs necessary to improve services efficiency and customer perception for all ranges of products and services (HW & SW)
- Deploy relevant communication and actions within Market Units in case of product FSN or recall.
Drive business profitability
- Define technical service commercial offers (services, price, margin)
- Follow-up of budget and ensure reporting activities
- Identify business risks and design required action plans
What’s your record ?
- At least 5 years of experience in medical devices industry as a project manager, or services manager
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT or biomedical sciences
- Proven track record of team management, and even better, with managing distant teams
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)

This position is available immediately. It can be based either in France or Belgium providing you can access trains / airports easily from home since you will be regularly on business trips. 2 days of homeoffice are possible.
