“With a university degree in pharmacy and a Master in business administration, I joined one of the Fresenius Kabi companies in India and started my professional career at an entry-level in research and development. This was a perfect basis for me to start my professional career and very soon it gave me tremendous sense of belonging and helped me contribute to the growth of the company. Over a period of time, the company invested in my management development by training me in many key business competencies and soon I took over a leading position in a busines​s area. I evolved within the company, increasingly taking over more responsibility and I eventually lead the business of oncology products in Asia Pacific, Latin America and some other countries. Then I got the chance to move to Hong Kong to head the regional marketing function of Fresenius Kabi for all product groups, namely I.V. drugs, infusion therapy, clinical nutrition and medical devices. The journey continued after two years with my moving to global headquarters of Fresenius Kabi in Germany. Now I am responsible for the global oncology business as Head of Business Center Oncology in the Business Unit Generic Drugs.

The current position offers me an excellent opportunity to think out of the box and pursue all possible options of bringing growth to the oncology business with a global perspective. My responsibility includes growth strategies, portfolio management, strategic marketing and working with various central, regional and global functions.”
