In patients needing long term-intensive care management and also in patients following surgical resections in the upper gastro-intestinal tract, gastric emptying disorders often prevent enteral feeding.
With the Freka® Trelumina it is possible to carry out gastric decompression or suction with air compensation at the same time as duodenal or jejunal feeding through a third channel in the tube.
